Chairman

Hareter Babatunde Oralusi provides strategic leadership and long-term institutional direction to Aldrenor Group.

As Chairman, his responsibilities include:

  • Defining the Group’s long-term vision and strategic positioning
  • Providing Board leadership and governance oversight
  • Guiding investor and strategic-institution engagement
  • Supporting capital formation and corporate development
  • Overseeing the development of Aldrenor’s international platform architecture
  • Ensuring that growth remains aligned with the Group’s mission, reputation and institutional standards
  • Supporting high-level relationships across media, investment, enterprise, policy and global African networks.

The Chairman leads the development of Aldrenor as a global media, intelligence and institutional-influence platform rather than a conventional publishing business.

Market Launch and Operations

Otega Owumi leads the market launch, operating execution and organisational coordination of Aldrenor Group.

Her responsibilities include:

  • Translating corporate strategy into executable operating plans
  • Coordinating the launch and performance of Aldrenor’s platforms
  • Establishing operating procedures, service standards and delivery systems
  • Aligning editorial, commercial, technology, audience and production functions
  • Managing organisational performance and executive reporting
  • Overseeing customer, partner and institutional experience
  • Building the systems required for repeatable international growth
  • Ensuring that each business line progresses against defined milestones and performance indicators.

The Chief Executive Officer is accountable for moving Aldrenor from strategic platform development into disciplined market operation and scale.

Emmanuel Egbiremonlen

Chief Commercial Officer

Partner Revenue and Sales

Emmanuel Egbiremonlen leads Aldrenor’s commercial strategy, institutional sales and enterprise-partnership revenue.

His responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing the Group’s revenue strategy
  • Leading Aldrenor Partners sales and customer acquisition
  • Building institutional subscription and intelligence-product pipelines
  • Developing sponsorship, advertising and event partnerships
  • Supporting commercialisation of Aldrenor Law & Markets
  • Establishing pricing, sales processes and revenue forecasting
  • Building strategic relationships with companies, investors, professional firms and development institutions
  • Coordinating account management, renewal and customer expansion
  • Protecting clear boundaries between commercial engagement and independent editorial activity.

The Chief Commercial Officer is responsible for converting Aldrenor’s audience, products and institutional credibility into diversified and recurring revenue.

Adefunke Omidiora

Legal and Compliance

Adefunke Omidiora provides legal, regulatory and compliance oversight across Aldrenor Group.

Her responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing corporate, commercial and partnership agreements
  • Supporting intellectual-property and content-rights management
  • Advising on privacy, data protection and customer-consent requirements
  • Supporting sponsored-content, advertising and commercial-disclosure controls
  • Reviewing governance arrangements and conflicts of interest
  • Supporting legal-risk assessment for editorial and intelligence products
  • Establishing the regulatory boundaries of Aldrenor Law & Markets
  • Coordinating external legal counsel where specialist or jurisdiction-specific advice is required
  • Supporting complaints, corrections, right-of-reply and high-risk publication procedures.

The Legal and Compliance function supports growth while protecting Aldrenor’s institutional reputation and regulatory position.

Olu Ayeni

Chief Editorial Officer

Editorial and Intelligence Products

Olu Ayeni leads Aldrenor’s editorial strategy, newsroom standards and intelligence-product development.

His responsibilities include:

  • Defining editorial priorities and coverage strategy
  • Overseeing Aldrenor News and Aldrenor Intelligence
  • Supporting the editorial development of Aldrenor Law & Markets
  • Commissioning journalism, analysis, reports and executive briefings
  • Managing editorial quality, fact-checking and corrections
  • Leading the Contributor and Intelligence Fellowship from an editorial perspective
  • Developing signature editorial formats and intelligence products
  • Maintaining separation between independent editorial work and paid commercial activity
  • Supporting integration of journalism across Live, Podcasts, Events and Studios
  • Establishing responsible standards for research and artificial-intelligence use.

The Chief Editorial Officer is responsible for protecting the quality, credibility and intellectual value of the Aldrenor brand.
